Our website includes specific published service commitments: The published Local Dumpster Companies Guide states: We typically only need one to two days’ notice for guaranteed delivery. The Garbage Container Rentals page states: When we quote you a price, that’s what you’ll pay (unless you go over the weight limit, and we’ll warn you about that upfront). The Commercial Dumpster Rental Prices page states that flat-rate quotes are generally guaranteed for at least the first year, unless the service agreement changes. These are specific published commitments; no broader warranty terms are established. These website terms do not cancel those commitments or replace your separate service agreement.

Reviews

Nothing in these terms prohibits or penalizes you for posting an honest review, including a negative review. These terms do not authorize threats, intimidation, disclosure of embarrassing information, baseless lawsuits, lawsuits we do not intend to file, or knowingly or recklessly false public accusations to prevent your review or make you remove it.

We do not pay for reviews or endorsements. We do not offer review incentives on this website.
